How do I get started?
Simply sign up for a free SOLO account. No credit card required. You can start adding properties, landlords, and tenants immediately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time from your subscription settings. Changes take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference.
Downgrades: To downgrade your plan, please contact us at support@propnexus.app. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure you don't lose access to features mid-period.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest on secure servers.
Can I export my data?
Data export functionality is currently not available. If you need to access your data in bulk, please contact our support team at support@propnexus.app and we'll assist you.
Do you offer training or onboarding?
Pro and Agency plan users receive priority onboarding support. We also provide comprehensive documentation and video tutorials.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
